Payment
Payment can be made with any of the following methods: Visa Credit Cards, MasterCard, all Debit Cards, and American Express. Orders are accepted on the condition that products will be supplied at the price ruling on dispatch. Your details are not captured or made available to anyone and your card details are encrypted by Stripe so that no one else can access any details. Lewis and Lewis Design Ltd. cannot get access to your credit or debit card details at any time.
All goods will remain the property of Lewis and Lewis Design Ltd. until invoices are settled in full.
Samples
Creative Journey strongly advises that a sample of the wallpaper(s) is ordered prior to purchasing rolls of your preferred product. Creative Journey endeavours to ensure that we provide the best representation of the wallpapers on our website. However, the settings of your monitor or display may cause you to view colours differently.
Wallpaper samples are charged at £1.00 per sample, plus £1.00 for delivery, for up to 10 samples. For sample orders of 11-20 in quantity, the postage cost is £2.00. Please note, we only allow a maximum of 20 samples per customer order. If you require more than 20, please contact us.
Delivery
When you place your order online, Creative Journey will send you a confirmation email. Delivery rates stated on the website are for within mainland UK only and included delivery dates are stated alongside wallpaper ranges where applicable. Delivery of wallpaper rolls will be via UK Mail courier during the working week and may need to be signed for upon arrival. Delivery of wallpaper rolls and adhesive purchased together, are via UPS courier.
All products must be paid for prior to delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Creative Journey with full particulars at the earliest opportunity, and within three working days of delivery. Where deliveries are made to third parties, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct product and quantity has been received. We advise that a sample is sent to the third party for verification.
We cannot be financially viable for delay in delivering the products, however arising. We advise that you do not book your decorators until your wallpaper has been delivered. Lewis and Lewis Design Ltd. will not be held responsible for any cancelled decorators fees.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns
Lewis and Lewis Design Ltd cannot provide refunds for any opened wallpapers, fabric or adhesive ordered; therefore it is imperative that you ensure to order the correct quantity of wallpaper.

If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
In the event of a fault please return the wallpaper to us with the manufacturer labels. You should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. You should only hang 3 drops before reporting a fault. Please contact us immediately if a fault is found so that we can send out replacements if necessary. Please do note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging.
Flammability
Creative Journey makes available in good faith information about its products and with regard to the conditions necessary to ensure that products supplied will be safe and without risk to health when used properly. All wallpapers and fabrics meet the minimum UK flammability standards; however, fabric purchased for use on upholstery must be treated for fire retardancy to conform to UK legislation.
Sale of Goods
All products are believed by Creative Journey to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Creative Journey reserves the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery. Any defect should be reported to Creative Journey immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to your enquiry is given by Creative Journey in good faith. It will ultimately be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Creative Journey. The liability of Creative Journey will not exceed the value of the products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.
Privacy Policy and Data Protection
By completing an order on the website you agree that we, or our payment processor Stripe, are able to store your data on their servers. To help us understand the needs of our customers and improve service, your responses to questions and other data will be held on our database. Customer’s data stored by Creative Journey complies with statutory requirements. This data is not made available to any other companies. We endeavour to protect the information you provide and there are various security procedures that have been put in place. Our data can only be accessed by authorised personnel.
General
Your purchase of products for Creative Journey will be a contract made in England and under English Law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly, some limitations here stated may not apply to you. Creative Journey reserves the right to cancel all orders before they are dispatched. If this arises, a full refund will be issued.
Creative Journey can revise these terms without notice. Further purchase of products after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Your Local Laws
Use and import of products by you are subject to your own customs, policies, clearance and any fees and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of import. No warranty is given by Creative Journey as to the legality of the products at the location where they are received.
